Instructions for Data Deletion

You can delete your Gather-up account and associated profile data directly inside the app. These instructions are also provided for Facebook Login compliance.

Delete Your Account in the App

  1. Sign in to your Gather-up account.
  2. Open your profile page.
  3. Select Delete My Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion prompt.

This removes your stored user profile document and attempts to delete your authentication account. If Firebase requires a recent login, sign in again and repeat the deletion flow.

If You Signed In With Facebook

You can use the same in-app deletion steps above. If you can no longer access the account, email info@gather-up.eu with the email address tied to your Facebook login and request deletion of your Gather-up account data.

What Gets Deleted

We delete the personal profile data stored for your account and remove authentication access where possible. Event content or RSVP records you created may persist temporarily in backups or logs for operational reasons.
